Australian nationalism

Why an upsurge in Australian nationalism poses a threat to the country's sexual minorities

There's a significant threat to Australia's sexual minorities smouldering just below the surface of our society. Not Hansonism, that's run it's course for now, nor old style political poofter bashing that's largely dead and gone.

It's something far more pervasive and potent: nationalism.
