Time for Action: Submit to the Same-Sex Senate Inquiry

Same-sex super bill before Senate InquiryOn June 18 2008, the Coalition used its majority in the Senate to refer the Same-Sex Relationship (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws - Superannuation) Bill 2008 to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee.
The Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee is currently calling for submissions. Submissions to the Inquiry are due 25 July and the Committee will report back to parliament on September 30.
We need our community and its supporters to make submissions to the Inquiry demanding equality for same-sex couples and their children.
